Payment Plans
We offer 3 payment options for our tenants:
- Option 1(Annually): Pay for the whole year & get a 5% discount.
- Option 2(Bi-Annually): Pay Every 6 months & get a 2.5% discount.
- Option 3(Quarterly): Pay Every 3 months
Deposit
A deposit of R10 000 is payable to Student Republic upon successful application which will be refunded to you at the end of the lease. An Non-Refundabe administration fee of R1 500 is payable upon application.
Opening & Closing Dates
Student Republic Woodstock opens on the 1st of February 2025 & closes on the 20th of December 2025.
